Mark
Ganzer
is a twenty year veteran of the IT professional services industry with
a focus on business development, sales management and overall
operations management. Mark has developed and managed sales teams and
operations servicing clients in the following sectors:
telecommunications, financial services, non-profit, government
contractors along with state, local and federal government. While
attending and earning his degree from the University of New Hampshire
in biological and animal Sciences, Mark played both football and
lacrosse.
When not working Mark and his wife Cheryl can be seen at various Metro
D.C. hockey rinks, dance recitals, football and lacrosse fields
watching their three kids Max, Gigi and Bryce participate.

Lindsay
Hoyt,
a native
of Neptune Beach, Fla., uses her experience as a D.C.-area
fundraiser and event planner to network and find the best possible
solutions for clients' IT needs. She received her B.S. in Public
Relations from the
University
of Florida and in 2005 moved to the Washington, D.C., area. She lives
in Alexandria, Va., with her husband and spends
her free
time baking, reading, working out and is a die-hard Florida Gators fan.

Dave
Burnett,
works with his clients to ensure both their business and technical
needs are met by Resolvit’s expert team of consultants. A Northern
Virginia native, Dave graduated from the University of Oregon with
degrees in biology and chemistry before returning to the nation’s
capital. Since leaving the scientific field, Dave has been in business
development; helping his information technology clients develop
long-term strategies to meet their business objectives. When weather
permits, Dave and his wife, Gina, enjoy gardening. Once the soil
freezes, they enjoy traveling and outdoor sports.

Sonya
grew up in Vienna, Va. She graduated from East Carolina University with

degree in Child Development/ Family Relations, and minored in Spanish

Psychology. In her spare time Sonya enjoys working out, cooking,

Nolte
enjoys finding the best talent for clients all around the D.C. Metro
area. Having recently moved from her native Kansas City, she is excited
about exploring her new territory. Justine earned her Journalism degree
from the University of Mississippi while minoring in Business and

found perusing shops in Georgetown, trying new restaurants, and

Price
brings the best and brightest consultants on board the
Resolvit team. A Northern Virginia native, Diana earned her degree
from the University of Mississippi before returning to the area to
join Resolvit's recruiting team. In her free time, she enjoys

Oxford, Mississippi, for some Shrimp & Grits and Rebel football.

Carolyn
Campbell
brings a background in federal management consulting to the Resolvit
business portfolio. Her consulting background working in management
positions for several “Big 4” firms has allowed her to develop a strong
skill set centered around strategy, communications, process improvement
and project management. Originally from Canada, Carolyn earned her B.A.
from
The University of Western Ontario. In her free time she enjoys spending
time with family and friends and golfing.

Dowling

a Kinesiology

Makharita

Resolvit point of contact. Jenna grew up in Northern Virginia where she

master’s degree from Marymount University. In her free time, she enjoys
watching and attending Redskins and Capitals games, hiking with her
dogs and spending time with friends and family.

Thacker
is
the Executive Assistant
to Brian Murrow,
Partner and Managing
Director of Resolvit’s Washington, D.C. and New York City offices.
Christine is
dedicated to providing direct support to Brian and is active in the
day-to-day
office operations of the consulting practice offices. Christine is a
George
Mason University graduate with a B.A. in Music and is looking forward
to
pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in the near future.
Christine is
an accomplished piano and French Horn musician who enjoys working out,
cheering
on the Washington Redskins, and spending time with family and friends.

Adam
Makharita
maintains and oversees the day-to-day office operations and works
closely with the business team, as well as with Partner and Managing
Director, Brian Murrow. Before coming to Resolvit, Adam worked in the
customer service industry providing support to a network of over 10,000
members. Adam is a Northern Virginia native, but traveled south to
pursue degrees in business administration and audio engineering from
Full Sail University, located in Orlando, Fla.
