Account Managers

Jennifer Hall joined Resolvit in 2008 as a Recruiter and recently transitioned to an Account Manager role. Her new position enables her to develop strong relationships with clients and utilize her sales skills. A former television news reporter, Jennifer has over nine years of communication, journalism, and sales experience. She earned her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Marshall University. A West Virginia native, Jennifer and her husband are pleased to call Raleigh their home. Jennifer enjoys playing tennis, kick boxing, spinning, watching movies, and spending time with her husband, Jimmy, and golden retriever, Gus.

Kate Lewis identifies her client's most pressing needs and is dedicated to building lasting solutions and rewarding relationships. Combining her experience in sales, account management, and customer service, in both the telecom and healthcare industries, she brings a unique perspective to her role at Resolvit. Originally from upstate New York, Kate graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Applied Psychology. Recently relocated from Dallas, Kate has found Raleigh to be a perfect place to call home. She enjoys meeting new people, traveling, and any outdoor activity from hiking to kayaking.

Cole Schultz , an Indiana native, combines her passions with the momentum of a growing company by enabling client delivery employees to achieve their career aspirations while making it possible for clients to increase agility and decrease complexity. Cole leverages her experience in sales at Cisco Systems and CNHI with her studies at Ball State University to deliver exceptional services to Resolvit’s clients. When she isn’t creating win-win partnerships with clients and consultants, you will find Cole participating in outdoor activities, cooking, and traveling the country to see friends and family.

John Zemonek joined the Resolvit team in April of 2011 as the Consultant Care Manager. Leveraging his past experiences at GlaxoSmithKline and Rex Hospital, he will serve as a point of contact for consultants while also focusing on business development. Native to North Carolina, he attended North Carolina State University where his coursework included Biology and Business Management. John enjoys volunteering in the community, watching Wolfpack football with his fiancé Jessica, golfing and traveling.

Recruiters

Brock Dalton began his career at Resolvit in sales, then quickly realized that recruiting was his forte. He relies on an innate ability to understand people, and to match candidates with clients to create a ‘happy marriage.’ With the knowledge and skills he acquired during four years in the print and advertising industries, Brock builds and maintains loyal relationships with clients and candidates. Born and raised in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Brock moved to North Carolina in 1997 to attend North Carolina State. He is a die hard Yankee fan who enjoys golfing and spending time at the beach. He also manages a local Irish pub in Raleigh.

Misty Fulton joined the Resolvit team in December 2010. She is committed to finding the perfect fit between a candidate and a client. Misty dedicates herself to building long-term relationships with her consultants. She believes that in order to help a candidate achieve their career goals, over and above understanding their technical perspective and experience, you should also understand and appreciate their personality. Misty is passionate about her Alma Mater, East Carolina University, and enjoys cooking, running, reading, sewing and, most of all, spending time with her family.

Kipling Garner joined the Resolvit team in December of 2010. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a Psychology degree, Kipling began her career recruiting for a variety of different industries and welcomed the opportunity to focus on IT professionals with Resolvit. Kipling is passionate about building relationships and enjoys meeting new people as part of her job! She enjoys cheering on the Wolfpack and attending football and basketball games. Kipling also finds plenty of time to spend with her Boston Terrier, Mr. Tinzy.

Solutions Director

Mark Williams is a strategic and results driven business leader with experience in the development and growth of technology companies and the deployment of mission-critical IT initiatives. He brings to Resolvit 30 years of entrepeneurial, senior executive, business operations and business development leadership. Mark holds an M.B.A. in operations research from Temple University, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in commerce and finance from Wilkes University. He is a 3M certified quality process facilitator, a Zenger-Miller trained and certified front-line leadership/working trainer, and he has completed the Society for Information Management Leadership Development Institute training program.

Office Administrator

Vanessa King came to Resolvit in April 2011 as an Administrative Assistant. She has enjoyed getting to know the Resolvit family and helping keep the office a happy and friendly environment. Vanessa keeps things running smoothly around the office and helps out with anything the team may need. She graduated with a B.S. in Media and Communications at Michigan State University, where she also played Division I volleyball for four years. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys playing beach volleyball and spending time outdoors and with her new puppies.

Executive Assistant/Marketing Associate

Catherine Love started her career at Resolvit as an Intern in the summer of 2007 and joined the Raleigh team as an Office Administrator two years later. Since then, Catherine transitioned to the role of Consultant Care Manager in 2009 and recently in 2011 as a Marketing Associate/ Executive Assistant. This position has given her the opportunity to utilize her design, event planning and marketing experience to create brand recognition in our target markets and drive external and internal communication strategies to completion. In addition, she will be planning team/networking events, and keeping the Triangle up-to-date with the company’s growing success. Catherine earned her B.A. in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design at Columbia College in Columbia, SC. In her free time she enjoys watching USC Gamecock football games with her husband, Brian, planning parties, designing invitations, cooking, and running with her golden retrievers, Vincent and Zeus.
