Account Manager
 Gary Prater joins Resolvit with 15 years of sales, recruiting, management and employee development. He most recently worked at New Horizons Learning Center as the Director of Business Development, and has held other positions in the IT consulting industry as a Sales Person and Recruiter. He has been active in PMI and other industry organizations during his career. Gary attended the University of Tennessee, where he studied Business Administration. Gary has a lovely wife and two handsome boys. In the evenings and the weekends he can be found coaching his sons on their championship football team!

Recruiter
 Blair Barker, a Recruiter, enjoys meeting IT professionals and learning about skills that potential candidates can bring to the Cincinnati Resolvit team. She joined Resolvit with a background in sales, marketing, and recruiting experience. Blair graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Communications; following graduation she lived and worked abroad for several years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and volunteering.
