Lorie Ferenzi has been with Resolvit since 2007, and has enjoyed working with a variety of client managers and talented IT consultants. Prior to joining Resolvit she spent 10 years in medical, pharmaceutical and education sales. Lorie earned a BS from the University of Cincinnati and a MBA from the University of Phoenix . In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spinning classes and going to the gym.

Ivan Johnson knows the meaning of "Team Work," and the power of knowledge and education. Ivan attended Cumberland College where he was named Player of the Year and All American. He graduated in 2003 with a degree in Communications, and played professional basketball in Europe before returning to Cincinnati.
Education was his family's mantra, and his mother instilled the importance of learning, growth, advancement and the pursuit of knowledge. Ivan has a competitive edge that is coupled with his innate ability to work as a team member. In his spare time, Ivan enjoys golfing, playing basketball, working camps and barbecuing his award winning ribs for friends and family.

Blair Barker, a Recruiter, enjoys meeting IT professionals and learning about skills that potential candidates can bring to the Cincinnati Resolvit team. She joined Resolvit with a background in sales, marketing, and recruiting experience. Blair graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Communications; following graduation she lived and worked abroad for several years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and volunteering.

Tracey Johnson-Kidd has more than 12 years of professional experience, primarily in the Government sector, and spent 9 years in Kentucky politics. Following law school Tracey worked for a regional bank dealing with bankruptcies and commercial documentation. While living in Phoenix she found her true calling: a career as a recruiter. Tracey has an undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, and a Law Degree from Ohio Northern Northern University. Tracey and her family are proud to call Northern Kentucky home, and are active with charitable organizations and the local tennis circuit. Tracey volunteers at her son's Montessori school, and enjoys gardening, attending networking events and spending time with family and friends.
