Branch Manager and Account Manager
 Craig McWilliams Drawing upon his many years of experience in the fields of business development and information technology, branch manager Craig McWilliams is making strides in expanding the scope and scale of Resolvit’s Chicago operations. Since coming on board in the fall of 2010, Craig has served as a leader to his sales and recruiting team as they work to provide clients with the best and brightest in consulting talent.
Craig graduated with a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Northwestern University before studying pharmacology at Loyola’s Stritch School of Medicine. Since then, he has worked in multiple industries and played a number of diverse professional roles. Whether working as software systems architect or a business development consultant, Craig has a proven track record of providing creative solutions to a wide variety of challenging situations. Prior to his time with Resolvit, Craig owned and operated SortRite, LLC, a company of nearly 150 employees which provided supply chain quality assurance services to the automobile industry.

Account Manager
 Melissa Pittman joined our Chicago office as a Recruiter in July 2008 and moved over to Account Management in November 2009. Prior to Resolvit, Melissa worked as a sales manager for Macy's in Chicago, and is a graduate of their management trainee program in Minneapolis. She is a native of Iowa, and lettered in Soccer for the Lady Blue Jays of Elmhurst College. Melissa brings a genuine passion and enthusiasm to her work that helps attract some of the best technology talent in the market and develop relationships with client managers of all levels.
