structured its organization around making sure that consultants are
indoctrinated and developed as team members not just individual players. Specifically,
in partnership with Account Managers, Resolvit’s Consultant Care
Managers (CCMs) are dedicated to contacting all Resolvit consultants on
a regular basis to get and provide feedback, update them on educational
opportunities, make introductions to other consultants with similar
professional interests, and make sure that client expectations are
