Specifically, in partnership with Account Managers, Resolvit’s Customer Care Managers (CCMs) are dedicated to contacting all Resolvit consultants on a regular basis to get and provide feedback, update them on educational opportunities, make introductions to other consultants with similar professional interests, and make sure that client expectations are being met.
