Resolvit Expands IT Solutions and Locations; Adds Three New Solution Development Centers in D.C., Ohio and N.C.

New company name reflects growth in IT and management consulting services, solutions and staffing

Vienna, Va., October 17, 2007 – Resolvit, LLC, today announced three key milestones related to the company’s growth as a leading provider of information technology (IT) and management consulting services, solutions and staffing:

• Resolvit has significantly expanded its Washington, DC, Cincinnati, OH, and Raleigh, NC offices to accommodate the demand for larger, more complex IT engagements coming from new and existing clients.
• Resolvit has also opened, in each location, a Resolvit Solution Development Center, which allow clients to add development expertise and resources in an integrated, “on-demand” fashion.
• To reflect Resolvit’s evolution as a full service IT solutions provider, the company has changed its name to Resolvit, LLC, from Resolvit Resources. As part of this renaming, the company also launched a new corporate Web site that reflects its strengths and successes in serving Fortune 1000, particularly in the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications and government sectors.

According to Mark Scofield, Resolvit’s Managing Member, these changes are further evidence that Resolvit continues to focus on the right opportunities. “Resolvit always envisioned a natural evolution from providing excellent IT resources to also providing more complex and value-added IT and management consulting engagements in systems development and integration, application development and other IT initiatives,” says Scofield. “Today’s announcement reflects our need for more capacity in our DC, Cincinnati and Raleigh offices, as well as a brand name that reflects our depth and scope.”
