Meet Some of Our Key Consultants

Gaylor “Robbie” Robinson is a true IT veteran, with over 25 years of experience in Integrated Technologies, Project Management and Telecommunications Network and Field Operations. Robbie is currently working on the improvement of trouble-reporting processes, such as tools to locate and manage reported network problems in the wireless world. He is recognized as an innovative manager who consistently stays within scope and budget on major projects, and was the team leader of a corporate culture change initiative. Robbie, a native of the Washington, D.C. area, spends his spare time with his family and teaching leadership courses at the Citadel School of Ministries in Washington, DC.

David Swanson is a native of the Washington, DC, area. He grew up in Fort Washington, MD, and attended George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. David earned a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, with minors in Business Management and Psychology.  He spent time in the US Air Force as an Information Manager for the 55 th Operations Group at Offutt AFB, and was stationed near Omaha, NE. David returned to the DC area in June, and Resolvit's recruiters helped him land a position as a Helpdesk Team Lead for the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He manages a staff of 14 professionals who administer computer helpdesks for VIPs, and their support personnel, within the Department of Defense. David enjoys spending free time with his beautiful wife, Martha; his dog, Laika; his cat, Ninja; and his newborn daughter, Sarah.

Michael Blahay joined Resolvit in August of 2005 after being impressed by the company's commitment to our consultants. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, he has five years of experience as an Oracle PL/SQL and UNIX developer. Michael has a busy social schedule and is very involved with his three children. In his free time, Michael enjoys, tinkering with different computer related technologies and reading science fiction.

Robert Weimann, a former US Marine Officer, has a BS from the University of Delaware and two master degrees. As a Resolvit consultant, Bob brings extensive project management experience to business partners who require ERP or e-commerce implementation leadership. His understanding of project management processes, which are advantageous to FDA, 21 CRF 11 regulated companies, has been invaluable. With a director-level background, Bob can advise and assist senior management to resolve program issues. As a seasoned professional, he has a strong federal and state government experience in datacenter infrastructure upgrades. Bob and his family have been residents of Raleigh since 1996.
