Description:
Client
required strategic organizational and tactical support in preparation
for their response to a significant government procurement. Resolvit
was elevated to the forefront of the $525 million per year proposal
process to capture Product and Service Requirements and Define Opportunities and Gaps in the current proposal. Resolvit also provided Program Management
services for overseeing three large infrastructure projects supporting
a top priority initiative. Resolvit matrix managed more than thirty
vendor participants to ensure that tasks and milestones were
appropriately completed.

Description:
As
a partner with the client, Resolvit assisted in the development of OMB
300B Exhibits for a large government agency and performed Financial Modeling, Budget Analysis and Business Case Documentation. These exhibits were developed for the Infrastructure CIO of that agency.

Description:
In
partnership with a large system integrator, Resolvit provided
information technology support for a division within a major government
agency. This division develops software tools which analyze genome data
and disseminates biomedical information in order to promote a better
understanding of molecular processes which affect human health and
disease. Resolvit provided Network Administration which included an upgrade to Windows 2000 and Active Directory, and Help Desk services. Resolvit provided Website Design and Development services for several public-facing websites as well as Database Administration services for various systems.

Judicial Agency of a Large U.S. City Project: Description:
The
agency needed its HR COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) system upgraded
with the newest Web-based version of the product, as well as expertise
in managing the Installation of Vendor Software and writing Use Cases in order to perform Requirements-Based Testing. After
meeting with the client's HR subject matter experts, Resolvit
documented and highlighted the HR processes which used or interfaced
with their HR COTS system. The client
was able to see all of the functions performed by the HR division,
which allowed the IT and HR divisions to successfully install this
upgrade to the newest version of the product. |
