Health Insurance

Full-time employees are able to participate in Resolvit LLC’s PPO Medical/Prescription Insurance plan. The plan is available to all employees on the first day of the month following thirty (30) days of employment. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, optical, life insurance, and long term disability coverage. A separate employee paid Short Term Disability plan is also available.

Company Holidays

The following paid holidays are recognized by Resolvit:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

In addition, employees are eligible to take up to two floating holidays per calendar year.

Flexible Spending Account

Full-time employees are able to participate in Resolvit’s Section 125 plan. The plan is available to all employees on the 1st day of the month following sixty (60) days of employment. Employees may participate in both the Unreimbursed Medical/Dental Benefit and the Dependent Care Assistance Benefit.

401(K) Plan

Full time employees are eligible to participate in the Resolvit 401(k) Plan that includes a company matching program. If elected, 401(k) deferral will begin on the first day of the month following three (3) months of continuous employment with the Company.

Personal Days

Resolvit enables employees to accrue personal days off for vacation and sick/personal leave. Employees may carry over up to a maximum of five (5) vacation days from one year into the first quarter of the next year.

Tuition Reimbursement

Resolvit assists employees in continuing their professional education. Full-time employees are eligible for tuition assistance each calendar year, beginning four months from the employee’s start-date with the company.

Employee Referral Bonus

An employee referral bonus is paid to Resolvit employees who provide a resume of a person who is hired within 90 days of its receipt.

Direct Deposit

Resolvit employees may have their paychecks deposited directly to their bank accounts beginning the second pay period after joining the company.
